The magnet separator is optimized for efficient magnetic separation of magnetic beads in sample. The Magnetic Separator is specifically for use in Sansure Mag kits protocols with magnetic beads. The Magnetic Separator consists of a magnetic base station and a removable tube rack. The tube rack can hold up to 24 1.5mL microcentrifuge tubes. The tube rack fits onto the magnetic base station in two different positions associating the row of 12 NdFeB magnets with a single row of 12 tubes for simple and easy ‘on the magnet’ and ‘off the magnet’ sample processing.
