Bosphore HIV-1 Real-Time PCR Kits

Bosphore® HIV-1 Real Time PCR Kits have been IVD CE marked according to the Directive 98/79/EC.  

Bosphore® HIV-1 Quantification Kits detect and quantitate Human Immunodeficiency Virus RNA, encompassing all the HIV-1 subtypes.  

The linear range of quantitation is 5x101-1x109 IU/ml and the sensitivity is up to 19 IU/ml.  

A specific section of the LTR region of HIV-1 genome is amplified and fluorescence detection is accomplished using the FAM filter.  

Kits contain up to 5 standards that undergo extraction for precise quantitation.  

The amplification data of the internal control is detected with the HEX filter.  

The internal control can be added either during RNA extraction or Real-Time PCR step.  

The kits are provided as packages of 25 reactions, 50 reactions and 100 reactions.
