CL994 - Welch Allyn 03100-U equivalent Otoscope Lamp

This is Carley's CL994, that replaces Welch Allyn's 03100-U.  AKA WA-03100U, WA3100-U, WA3100, 03100-U, 03100U, 3100U, 03100-U.

This lamp is used in the following Welch Allyn instruments:
Otoscope models 20000, 25020, 21700, 20200, 20202, 25000 & 25200.
3.5V Handle Adapter model 73500
Tongue Blade Holder model 28100
Illiminators & Transilluminators models 27000, 27050, 26530, 41100, 43300 & 26500.
