Jeder-System for minimally invasive sinus lift. One area of dental implantation technology is the sinus lift. This technology is used when the maxillary bone, which needs to be of sufficient anchorage strength for an implant, is not thick enough due to aging and/or degenerative processes and so requires surgical bone augmentation.
