VibraPep

The VibraPep is a single patient device that provides oscillatory positive expiratory pressure (OPEP) therapy for the detachment of and removal of pulmonary secretions. 

• Different settings for differing lung pathology - combined PEP enlarges airways, promoting stabilization and collateral ventilation while Dynamic PEP decreases the cohesiveeness of sputum promoting mucocillary clearance. 
• Asynchronous Waveforms - viscous mucus cannot follow these fast movements and is shed from the bronchial wall.
