Fyto D contains 800IU of Vitamin D3 which is normally produced by the skin from the ultraviolet energy of the sun. However, it is not abundant in the food. Fyto D comes in a 10ml bottle of drops with a dropper and doesn’t contain any alcohol or colorings.
