How it works

Boswellia (in Fibrinosil sachets) helps to reduce the amount of the aggressive substances delivered by the immune response.
Devil’s Claw calms the pain, it is an adjuvant in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory rheumatism, tendinitis, bruises and muscle inflammations.

Presentations and dosages
Sachets: let the powder dissolve in a glass of water, mix thoroughly and drink immediately. The product can also be dispersed directly in the mouth, without being dissolved in water.
