Founded in 2007 by Alain Tornier, Clariance is a spinal device company committed to designing, manufacturing and marketing innovative solutions for the treatment of spinal disorders. Driven by surgeon’s expertise, Clariance provides advanced surgical applications focused on fusion technologies and minimally invasive technologies. Advancing patient outcomes is our fundamental and permanent concern.
Following a request from our global partners, strongly motivated by our development capacities, know-how and our engineering experience, Clariance made the decision to develop a full product portfolio. Furthermore, the establishment of a new and inventive business model has strengthened our desire to enter the spine open surgery market.
Spine surgery has become less and less invasive. Clariance is committed to providing surgeons and patients with spine surgical solution that focuses on minimizing disruption and maximizing safety and efficacy of the surgical procedure. Clariance leads the industry to a new standard of MIS surgery by developing and marketing Platform Access™: an innovative percutaneous surgical technique. Clariance will bring to market several applications that can be performed by spine surgeons and interventional radiologists.
