• Recommended dose:
Children: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), 3 times a day.
Adults: 1 tablespoon (10 ml), 3 times a day.

• Warnings: : Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.
