TEXART (Texart-C, Texart-S and Texart-T) - Swabs/Abdominal Swabs and OR Towels

Bastos Viegas, S.A. presents its latest product, TEXART, a patented product, which represents a state of the art alternative, to the traditional fabrics used inside the OR, gathering the best technologies used, to achieve a virtually lint free OR environment.

It consists of spunlace non-woven 70% viscose and 30% polyester widely used in medical swabs and a textile net bonded together by ultrasounds. This combination results in a very low lint product with functional resistance in both dry and wet state, excellent softness and enhanced absorption properties, being at the same time a cost effective product.

Texart is manufactured in Portugal and is available in three lines: Texart-C (abdominal swabs), Texart-S (abdominal and small size swabs) and Texart-T (OR towels).

Texart is conforming to UE regulations and all applicable international standards.
