Our daily dose 800 IU Vitamin D3 capsules, come in a handy blister pack, ensuring a month’s daily supply of Vitamin D3.
One capsule to be taken daily, ideally in the evening with your main meal. SunVit-D3 capsules should be swallowed whole with water. Do not chew capsules.
Recently, the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) guidance (July 2016) now recommends that everyone over the age of 1 year should consume 800IU of vitamin D for their daily dose.
