Sumer SM Series Under-Bench Washer Disinfectors
The equipment automatically disinfects general surgical tools, materials for general
anesthesia, urology, gynecology, operating room, orthopedics and feeding bottles together
with the nipples by making use of the appropriate optional basket
Device volume varies from 100-175 L

Device has at least 64 programs 4 of which are standard and 60 of which are empty memory

There is optional RS 232 serial interface for the computer / printer that is to be specified in
the order for reporting

deficiencies on the LCD screen
The device gives an written and audio alarm signal at the end of the program
There must be double temperature sensors to ensure the washing and the disinfection in a
healthy manner in the device in compliance with the international medical devices directive,
where one of these temperature sensors are for commanding the temperature and the other
is for controlling the temperature
The equipment may be used under the bench by taking its upper cover
The equipment should be double walled for noise and heat insulation
There is an integrated mono block water softener unit in the device (Optional)
There is a filter system that comprises 4 stages in washing cabinet
These are the synthetic coarse filter, surface filter that is made of stainless steel, micro filter
that is made of stainless steel and the strainer tray filter that is is made of stainless steel
Steam condenser system is available to prevent the outlet of the contaminated steam from
the equipment
There is 1 internal automatic dosage pump for the liquid detergent dosage and there is 1
automatic dosage pump for the acidic chemicals (for the neutralization process)
The equipment can dry the internal parts and the external parts of the washed materials by
generating hot air or through the drying resistance
