SAM 35 - OPERATING THEATRE SUCTION UNIT – 4 LITRE Jars

Designed specifically for major operating theatre use, the SAM 35 combines high vacuum and high flow performance providing fast, efficient aspiration of even the most viscous liquids. The 2 x 4 litre transparent, polycarbonate autoclavable collection vessels have easy to read graduations, giving 'at a glance' confirmation of fluid removal during surgery. The jars also incorporate a float valve system to guard against overflow. Mounted on four anti-static castors, the robust unit runs virtually silently.

The unit is capable of a maximum 675mmHg, fully variable suction and a flow rate of 50 l/min. This is indicated on a clear graduated gauge. The easy to use change over valve is fast and effective, allowing smooth and uninterrupted suction.

Each unit contains an oil-free diaphragm pump, with permanently lubricated bearings, which ensure low maintenance and quiet operation. SAM units use MGE disposable hydrophobic or bacterial filters.
