Ingredients: pumpkin seed powder (Cucurbita pepo L.), thickener: gelatine; L-glutamic acid, amino acid L-glycine, standardized saw palmetto dried fruit extract (Saw Palmetto fructus), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, stinging nettle root powder (Urtica dioica L.), standardized Peruvian ginseng root extract (Lepidium meyenii), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), purple coneflower grass powder (Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench), standardized ginkgo leaves dry extract (Ginkgo biloba L.), dry extract of edible garlic bulbs (Allium sativum L.), zinc oxide, amino acid L-alanine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), sodium selenite.Preparation instructions: take 1 capsule 2 times a day with a glass of water.
