PICO® SMART is equipped with a technologically advanced acquisition card called SAU that offers new and advanced features. 
PICO® SMART can be supplied on a single trolley (single carriage version) or on 2 separate units connected via wireless device (option)

The pressure channels are compatible with both water-based transducers and solid-state catheters, such as those produced by Unisensor, Gaeltec, Millar and others. 
The simplicity of use of the channels allows the operator to change the type of transducer depending on the type of test to be performed. 
The flowmeter is connected to the patient unit via an 8 m long cable or a wireless module. 

Trolley
The trolley in the single-row configuration is equipped with 4 pivoting wheels (2 braking). 
The trolley is equipped with an IV pole to fix the peripherals as a catheter acquisition unit and extractor. 

PICO® SMART can be upgraded with the following options: 
Video-Urodynamicsfor the management and reprocessing of ultrasound and / or radiographic images and films 
Biofeedback for functional rehabilitation of the perineal plane muscles in urinary incontinence 
Esophageal and Anorectal Manometry : for the advanced study of the gastrointestinal motility 
Whitaker Test for the diagnosis of the functionality of the tract Upper urinary 
Cavernosometry for the diagnosis of erectile dysfunction (not available in the USA) 
Voice to manage the 'voice' equipment and for the recording of Vocal Comments 
Neurophysiology module : To evaluate: motor latency of the pudendal nerve, sacral reflexes, simple EMG and quantitative EMG
