Ostart Complex Ca + Mg + Zn + Se + D3, film-coated tablets, is a food supplement. 1 film-coated tablet contains: Calcium; Magnesium; Zinc; Selenium ; Vitamin D3. Ostart®Complex Ca + Mg + Zn + Se + D3 film-coated tablets is a balanced combination of minerals, oligoelements and vitamin D3. Their intake is essential in maintaining the general well-being of the body during children and adolescent’s growth as well as in supporting the effort capacity and restoring the body during convalescence. The bone system needs predominantly calcium and vitamin D3, but for the use of calcium, magnesium is indispensable, because the two minerals are in a permanent balance. The functioning of the muscular and nervous system is dependent on the balance between calcium and magnesium. Magnesium contributes to reduce fatigue and exhaustion, normalizes energy metabolism and helps maintain electrolyte balance. Immune system function depends on optimal intake of zinc, selenium and vitamin D3.
