Orientia tsutsugamushi IFA Slide Indirect Fluorescence Assay for Orientia tsutsugamushi IgG Antibody is intended for the qualitative and semi-quantitative detection of IgG antibody to O. tsutsugamushi in human serum or plasma. Detection of O. tsutsugamushi IgG antibody in humans can be used as an aid in the diagnosis of current infection and can provide serological evidence of previous Orientia tsutsugamushi infection.
