NOVAIR MEDICAL VACUUM SYSTEMS
NOVAIR medical vacuum systems are marked CE - Medical device, Class IIa and are compliant with standard EN ISO 7396-1 and HTM 026-01. More about our quality standards
Several configurations are available :
Horizontal: pumps and monitoring box are mounted on the vacuum tank
Vertical: pumps and monitoring box are mounted on a vertical frame
Modular: each pump is mounted on an individual frame on the ground
Production : vacuum pumps
NOVAIR standard medical vacuum systems are composed of 1 to 4 high efficiency vacuum pumps with lubricated rotary vanes.
Power : 0.37 to 11 kW
Flow : 12 to 536 m3/h
Vacuum level: -998 à -999.5 mbar
Closed loop forced lubrication, direct driven motor, IP 55 and elastic coupling, high efficiency oil vapor filter -Easy and limited maintenance : evacuation (¼ turn vane set up on the pumps) and separator replacement only.
Storage : tanks
NOVAIR medical vacuum systems are composed of one or several vacuum tank(s), depending on the station capacity. Considering the installation constraints, the tanks can be horizontal and bear the vacuum pumps, or vertical.
They come with a vacuum gauge and isolating vanes.
Monitoring : the CPU controller
The CPU controller developed by NOVAIR ensures the monitoring and operating control of the vacuum station, and the management and report of default alarms.
