Ingredients: magnesium oxide, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root dry extract, gelatin, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) herb dry extract, common hop (Humulus lupulus) cone dry extract, anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose (E460), cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (E468), magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), food colours: titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide yellow (E172), indigo carmine (E132).Preparation instructions: in case of tension, anxiety, irritability take 1 capsule 2 times a day, with a glass of water, in case of insomnia - 1 capsule at bedtime
