MYCOTOXINS

Mycotoxins are toxins produced by fungi from the Fusarium, Aspergillus and Penicillium genera. These molds colonize a wide variety of products, such as cereals, nuts, dried fruits, grapes, coffee and cocoa and have carcinogenic or neurotoxic effects.
