Medical Gases
Safety and reliability are our primary concerns in the supply of medical gases
We provide flush or wall-mounted gas outlets and scavenging units for medical gas supply - an area which is of key importance almost everywhere in hospitals.
They come with their own unmistakable plug-in connections for each gas, including oxygen, compressed air, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide (as well as vacuum), alongside outlets for the operation of pneumatic surgical instruments and anaesthetic gas scavenging.
In addition to being fitted flush or wall-mounted, these systems can also be integrated into wall and ceiling supply units. Sintered metal filters are available as an optional extra for use with pressurized gases.
Digital or analogue valve and monitoring systems warn users if the pressure is too high or too low.
Pressure reducing and switchover systems reduce the variable pressure as the gas leaves the cylinder in a two-stage process down to a constant network pressure and can be connected to an external alarm system. All components are duplicated for maximum safety and reliability. In addition, we supply matching accessories complying with national standards such as manifolds and high-pressure connecting bends.
We offer individual compressed air systems compliant with EN ISO 7396-1 for the production of medical grade breathing air. The purity of the compressed air produced corresponds to the European Pharmacopoeia.
Alongside the compressed air system, another main component of a medical gas supply system in hospitals is the vacuum system. We offer custom vacuum systems compliant with EN ISO 7396-1 as well as related accessories such as vacuum filters and secretion collecting apparatus.
Moreover, we supply connecting devices such as flowmeters, metering valves and vacuum suction attachments.
