MASTRELLE MADAME 45+, VAGINAL GEL+vaginal applicator

Mastrelle Madame 45+ is a vaginal gel, plus one vaginal applicator, Medical Device Class I. Active ingredients: Soy (Glycine max) beans extract standardised in 40% isoflavones, sodium hyaluronate, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) glycolic extract, aloe (Aloe vera) glycolic extract. Mastrelle Madame 45+ vaginal gel with soy isoflavones and hyaluronic acid provides rehydration of the surface top layer of the vaginal mucosa. Helps by miming the local effect estrogens on vaginal epithelium and by forming a protective film lining, rehydrates, provides good lubrication and improves the quality of the vaginal tissue. Natural hyaluronic acid molecules maintain the proper tissue hydration level and act like a natural patch. Calendula and Aloe extracts enhance the gel healing properties with their anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant proprieties. Individualized treatment for vaginal dryness and irritation: the pH of the emulsion is close to that of the mucous membrane in perimenopause and menopause period (pH 5).  Easy to use, long lasting effect, suitable for long term usage. Can replace estrogen therapy without their side effects.
