KroniKare Wound Scanner

KroniKare Wound Scanner is an AI-powered handheld device for automatic assessment of chronic wounds by clinical staff in different care settings including acute and community hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and homecare. KroniKare Wound Scanner uses multi-spectral image captured from several sensors (including normal visible-light cameras, 3D IR laser camera, and thermal camera), and processes the images and data on a smartphone (running Android or iOS) and sends the processed data to the server for full automatic report generation. The handheld device can be used by a junior nurse for data capture and initial assessment, and the full automatic report can be viewed by an expert to remotely monitor patients and supervise nurses. The wound assessments performed by the KroniKare Wound Scanner are wound size and depth measurement, wound tissue classification, and check for ischemia complication.

KroniKare Wound Scanner is currently being sold under HSA Class A in Singapore hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and homecare
