The inner case is made of stainless steel AISI 304 (or AISI 316 on request) with rounded corners for easy cleaning; the outer cabinet is electrically-plated and plastified; the insulation is made of expanded polyurethane resins in situ, with a density of approx. 40 Kg / mc. and with remarkable average thicknesses: 190 mm.CFC HCFC free; the door is positioned top and is mounted on self-supporting hinges; internal countercuts (in expanded polyurethane resins and covered in plastic material) sliding on a suitable housing; the gasket is triple silicone rubber, with welded joints, heated by the coolant itself and of almost unlimited duration. The closure is fitted with a key lock. A standard pressure compensating valve is provided, which makes it easier to open the door. 
The freezer is complete with pivoting wheels to facilitate transportation and moving inside the labs.
