Hospital Appointments and Admission Once we receive your completed referral form (link below), the team at Pioneer Healthcare Services will organise on your behalf appointment with renowned consultants or in more complex conditions – direct admission in one of the most prestigious and respected hospitals in the world. One of our team members will accompany you to the hospital to facilitate with registration and any administrative process. We will also help answer any queries you have with your treatment protocol. Our team will liaise with the hospital senior clinical managers for complex cases that require a Multidisciplinary Team and we will organise the lead consultant as well as the other consultants that will be involved in the treatment. Qualified interpreters for non-english speaking patients can also be organised in advance to facilitate with communication.
