Honey Dressings

The line of Dynarex honey-based wound care dressings includes three dressings (Tulle, Border and Hydroactive) and soft wound gels. All contain medical-grade honey, or Manuka honey, where the pollen collected from the manuka bush is transformed into honey -- different from store-bought honey. The medical-grade honey’s antiseptic releases hydrogen peroxide, eliminating bacterial activity and effectively treating serious infections.
