gSource mallets are crafted from high quality German or US surgical stainless steel. Different head styles are available and include convex, flat, repercussion free and slotted. There are various handle styles and also some handles which are made from different materials other than stainless steel. Mallets are most useful for exerting force on osteotomes, chisels, and gouges during orthopedic procedures.
