There is single carbon source substrate in each well, hence it can assimilate in 21 wells simultaneously. Colony is added into each well with different carbon source for culture, and then yeast-like fungi can grow in the carbon source only used in the well. According to turbidity and further analysis of map index or identification software, the result can be reported.
