More than 40 years lie between the first PLÜMATEX piston filler and the current FFS line generation. Today, we produce up to 5,000 bags per hour in one process line using our bag manufacturing, Fill and Seal machines. We package, fill and seal infusion bags without any further intermediate step. Here exact dosage, rapid, flow-optimised, low-oxygen and/or aseptic filling are focussed on at all times. And we also ensure decisive advances through our technology for sealing the respective packaging materials: Whether plugging, clipping, welding, flanging, crimping or screwing – we process sealing systems usual in the trade, patented PLÜMAT sealing systems or will develop a completely new closure system for you.
