STRUCTURE AND INSTALLATION:
The inner case and shelves are made of stainless steel; the outer cabinet is made of brushed stainless steel AISI 304 and has a 2-part opening door with sealing gasket. The electric heating is done with special heaters in the air; the expulsion of the vapor formed inside is done by means of a centrifugal electro-aspirator with a flow rate of 40 mc / h. 

ADJUSTMENT AND CONTROLS:
The electrical system is equipped with a main switch and a warning signal lamp.
The thermoregulation is obtained with PID-type electronic digital indicator (with RTD input Pt 100 OHM); it is coupled with a special static relay (Ssr) suitable for the absorption load of the heaters. Each appliance is also equipped with adjustable controls and supports for supporting the support shelves.
