It can be used to cut and dissect tissues within digestive tract through electric current being connected to ESU. It can be used for indications as below in esophagus, stomach, colon, etc. Esophagus : superficial esophageal cancer, Barrett’s esophageal cancer, early esophageal cancer, submucosal tumor, and other suitable lesions as per physician judgement Stomach : well differentiated carcinoma less than 2 cm, submucosal tumor, Gastric adenoma and dysplasia more than 3 cm, cases with fibrosis regardless of size, and other suitable lesions as per physician judgement Colon : early cancer without lymph node metastasis, lateral spreading tumor more than 2 cm, submucosal tumor, tumors with fibrosis, and other suitable lesions as per physician judgement
