Quality
Barco’s Quality Process is integrated from design through ongoing receipt of production at our Gardena, CA warehouse. Our goal is to always exceed our customer satisfaction objectives through our quality management principles, highly experienced personnel and layers of production within the supply chain. This process is facilitated with dye lot fabric color testing to ensure color consistency, on site quality testing at our manufacturing sites followed with additional quality assurance upon receiving in and shipping from our distribution facility.
Customer Service
An unwavering commitment to customer care is deeply rooted at every level of our organization. We have a dedicated account management team that is focused on providing you with all of the information you need. A custom website allows for brand extension and easy online ordering and payment. We offer online billing, order status and shipment tracking in order to ensure transparency through the planning and delivery process. We also provide quarterly management reports with actionable dates for continuous improvement of your uniform program and a customer service department that is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Personalization Options
The Barco Fit represents over 85 years of continuous improvement and innovation to design clothing that your employees love to wear. To ensure versatility, world class design and responsiveness, we offer in house special ordering to support unique small batch construction for specialty products or unique sizing with quick turn times. Our on site design, pattern making and tech pack construction allows for increased efficiency and decreased lead times by creating patterns and tech packs in-house.
