BALONIX MED CHEWABLE TABLETS

Balonix med, chewable tablets, is a Medical Device Class IIa 1936. Composition: simeticone, sorbitol, silicon dioxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium stearate, talc, lemon flavour.  It is indicated for: symptomatic treatment of gas-related gastrointestinal disorders in order to relieve the clinical symptoms such as bloating, meteorism, belching and abdominal tension, prevention of excessive formation of abdominal gases, after surgical interventions and preparation for diagnostic abdominal explorations such as: radiography, radioscopy, ultrasound, gastroduodenoscopy and colonoscopy facilitating abdominal medical examination. Balonix Med contains simeticone as functional ingredient, which is a stable mixture of dimethicone and silicone dioxide with surface activity. Simeticone alters the surface tension of the gas bubbles embedded in bolus and mucous of the digestive tract, therefore these bubbles are disintegrated. The gases released in this process can be absorbed by the intestinal wall, and therefore are eliminated through intestinal peristalsis. Anti-bloating product for children, adults and pregnant women.
