PFNA - II Nail System
PFNA II Nailing System is introduced as a modern alternative to traditional DHS.
PFNA II Nail uses a Single blade to accommodate, small anatomical Neck of Femur, which was aconstraint even in PFN type of nails, which involved 2 screws passing through Neck of Femur.
The design of the PFNA II Nail addresses Stable & Non-stable Inter-trochanteric Fractures.
The minimally invasive trochanteric entry point helps considerably, in reducing Patient Trauma and saves Operative Time, resulting in bare minimum blood loss.
PFNA II Nail Implants are available in Medical Grade Titanium conforming to ISO 5832-III.
The assembly consists of 180mm Nail 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm & 13mm with choice of 125° &130° Neck Shaft angles and a blade.
The PFNA II Nail increases both the strength and reliability of the bio-mechanical repair, allowing early weight bearing and thus reducing convalescence period.
