To pursue this vision, the family enabled Hamilton Medical to invest in a long-term strategy for the benefit of patients and clinicians without being focused on short-term profit. The long-term view of the owners also allowed Hamilton Medical to invest in a next-generation manufacturing facility in Switzerland.
